Production of technological equipment We are engaged in the production and assembly of equipment in the industrial sphere, especially technologies of main production and non-block equipment of coal-fired power and heating plants.
We do:
- manufacture and repair of boiler room equipment including boiler pressure units and desulphurisation units
- manufacture, repair, assembly and disassembly of steel structures of all kinds
- manufacture, repair and installation of piping and conveying systems
- production of spare parts
Service and modernisation We are engaged in the manufacture and assembly of equipment in the industrial sphere, especially technologies of main production and non-block equipment of coal-fired power and heating plants.
We do:
- planned and random maintenance, repairs and reconstruction of machine technologies
- repairs, reconstruction and servicing of technological equipment of the main production equipment of power and heating plants
- repair, reconstruction and servicing of heat exchanger stations
- repairs of pumps, rotating machines and valves
- repair, reconstruction and servicing of rotating equipment
- installation, inspection and grinding of valves up to DN 800
- repairs and renovation of conveyor belts
- service activities on wind power plants
- construction, repair and service of heat exchanger stations in cooperation with EO Technology and gas boiler rooms
Engineering Within the EPI Group, we have the design capabilities necessary to carry out turnkey modernization and repair of power and heating plant technology units, including production and technological documentation.
We do:
- implementation of engineering-project work, especially industrial buildings, buildings in the classical energy and heating industry
- consultancy, author’s supervision and technical supervision of the investor; Documentation for the issuance of a decision on the location of the construction or equipment
- provision and preparation of input documents for investment activities, or commissioning of construction
- design of control and management, measurement and regulation and electrical
Welding technology + NDT We provide certified welding activities and fabrication of parts of pressure units of boilers, pipelines, technological equipment in the energy sector and steel structures in accordance with applicable standards.
We do:
- production of weldments including their machining
- special welding work
- welding supervision with the possibility of subsequent NDT inspection (PT. UT, MT, RT, VT)
- self-diagnosis of surface or internal defects as part of maintenance
- inspection of pressure vessels and pressure units
- non-destructive inspection of internal weld defects using the PHASED ARRAY ultrasonic testing equipment with recording
Construction, repair and service of linear buildings In cooperation with manufacturers of pre-insulated systems, we offer solutions for heat distribution projects.
